1. Service-Based Refunds

Since our services are customized and labor-intensive, refunds are handled based on the stage of the project:

  • Initial Deposits: Deposits made to initiate a project are generally non-refundable, as they cover the initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
  • In-Progress Projects: If a project is cancelled during the development or design phase, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining unearned portion of the project fee, minus the cost of work already completed.
  • Completed Projects: Once a digital project (Website, App, Design, or IT Setup) has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

2. Managed IT & Subscription Services

For ongoing monthly IT support or managed services:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Payments for the current billing month are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of that period.

3. Design & Development Revisions

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a design or development deliverable, we provide a specific number of revision rounds (as outlined in your project proposal) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Costs related to third-party software licenses, domain registrations, or hosting services purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Work that has already been approved at specific milestone stages.
